Vermont Educational Opportunity Center enrolls over 1700 adults across the state. VSAC has hosted the program since 1991. VSAC Educational Opportunity Center counselors provide career exploration, education and training options and assistance with financial aid applications to adults in individual appointments and in workshop settings. EOC enrolls adults who are the first in their family to go to college and have financial barriers to pursue their goals beyond high school.
